Fluffy and dangerous, Moombas prefer places where their fur can gather copious amounts of static electricity. They often discharge this when attacking to stun and injure their foes. They may look cuddly, but their temperaments do not match their exterior.
Variations[]
Moomba Cub[]
Cute and cuddly, the Moomba Cub is playful when happy. It bats balls of yarn around and wags its tail with delight often. Its ears swivel nearly fully around to follow sounds from all around. It has oversized paws which often elicit an "Aww" from onlookers, though any more than that usually turns to an "Ahh" when the claws are extended. It is rash and often difficult to calm down, except with a bottle of tasty, warm milk. Towards its master, it is rarely violent, only getting upset when the master accidentally discharges its gathered static. Loyal and obedient, the Moomba Cub will never back down from a challenge, especially when its master is involved.
Abilities[]
Feline Agility[]
A quick growl and discharge of static hastens the Cub's movements, enhancing its paws with stored electric charge. This increases Speed and Strength, allowing the Cub to deal more damage more quickly, often turning the tide in a tight spot. With the added electrical charge, its paws pack an extra shocking punch.
Paw Swipe[]
A basic slap from the Cub's paw, this adorable attack can cause minor cuts in the opponent. Quick and accurate, this attack often leaves the opponent open for a finisher. When charged with electricity, this seemingly weak attack can pack a substantial punch.
Mighty Paw[]
A devastating attack in which the Cub lunges at the foe, slashing savagely with electrically-enhanced claws. The Cub has little control over its static electricity and so it often unleashes far too much of it with this attack, causing the need for a longer recharge time. If it misses with this, it is often left wide open to incoming badness.

Upsides[]
The Moomba has incredible Dexterity, utilizing high Strength in combination to deal massive damage in short periods of time. Its respectable Speed stat causes little need to add any points to it in any situation, allowing more focus to be placed to defensive stats.
Downsides[]
While the Moomba is quick and strong, it is rather flimsy. It has no real form of defense from attacks and little Health to soak up damage. It almost requires a Magickally-inclined master in order to function decently against any semi-tough enemies. This Pet is not advised for those who tend to not want to worry about their Pet dying.
